INGREDIENTS


Pork Roast:

  • 2 - 2 1/2 Pounds Pork Butt, Deboned

  • 1 TBL Vegetable Oil

  • 1 TBL Butter

  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary

  • 1 Sprig Fresh Thyme

  • Salt & Pepper, To Taste

Mushroom Gravy:

  • 8 oz Ali'i Mushrooms, Chopped

  • 1 Tsp Butter

  • 1 Packet Pork Gravy Powder

  • 2 Cups Cold Water + Pork Drippings

  • 1 Tsp Corn Starch + 1 Tsp Water (Whitewash)
