Seared 'Ahi Poke with Dragon Fruit Relish & Wasabi Aioli

INGREDIENTS


WASABI AIOLI:

  • 4 TBL Best Foods Mayonnaise

  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 Tsp Wasabi Paste

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil

DRAGON FRUIT RELISH:

  • 1/2 Cup Dragon Fruit, small diced

  • 1/2 Cup Papaya, small diced

  • 1 TBL Green Onion, Chopped

  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Minced Cilantro, to taste

SEARED 'AHI:

  • 4 oz Block of Fresh ‘Ahi Tuna

  • Togarashi Japanese Seasoning, to taste

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Vegetable Oil, to sear
