Seared 'Ahi Poke with Dragon Fruit Relish & Wasabi Aioli

INGREDIENTS
WASABI AIOLI:
4 TBL Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp Wasabi Paste
Sea Salt, to taste
1 Tsp Olive Oil
DRAGON FRUIT RELISH:
1/2 Cup Dragon Fruit, small diced
1/2 Cup Papaya, small diced
1 TBL Green Onion, Chopped
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Sea Salt, to taste
Minced Cilantro, to taste
SEARED 'AHI:
4 oz Block of Fresh ‘Ahi Tuna
Togarashi Japanese Seasoning, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Vegetable Oil, to sear
