Romanesco - HL Farm (1 Head)
Look at this beauty! With its pale green spikes and perfect spiral, romanesco is almost too pretty to eat. Often assumed to be a hybrid between broccoli and cauliflower, romanesco is botanically different although related. Rare and not your average vegetable, but this is definitely one that should be introduced to your kitchen.
Romanesco is similar to broccoli or cauliflower, but with a slightly nuttier, earthier flavor. You can use it as you would cauliflower in recipes, and it holds up to many different cooking methods.
